Moupo refused my advice - Mabiletsa

Kgatleng East MP and former Botswana National Front (BNF) organizing secretary, Isaac Mabiletsa says BNF president, Otsweletse Moupo turned him down when he advised him to include 'political cooperation' in the congress agenda that was held in Molepolole in May.

Mabiletsa said on Saturday, "I talked to Moupo before the congress that he should discuss the issue of cooperation with other opposition political parties at the congress so that party members should have a say".

He said there was still time for the BNF to join hands "and topple BDP from power come 2009 if we are serious".
