Moupo not fit for president - Nkate

HUKUNTSI: Botswana Democratic Party Secretary General, Jacob Nkate says Botswana National Front president, Otsweletse Moupo is not fit to be president because party members have found him to be unfit to represent the party at the general elections.

Moupo, the incumbent MP for Gaborone West North, recently lost primary elections for the constituency to Calvin Bantsi.

Speaking on Saturday at a political rally as part of the BDP's campaign for the upcoming by-election, Nkate said a party that has elected a man of Moupo's caliber as president should not be trusted with any constituency.
