Moatlhodi apologises and appeals to BDP

The embattled Tonota South MP, Pono Moatlhodi, who was last week recalled as the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BCP) parliamentary candidate in the 2009 general elections has apologised and appealed the decision to shut him out of the polls.

BDP secretary general, Jacob Nkate told Mmegi yesterday that the party has received Moatlhodi's apology letter in which he appeals the decision to deny him the party ticket.
