The Minister for Presidential Affairs and Public Administration Mokgweetsi Masisi was caught playing with a condom in Parliament on Friday.

This was during debate of a motion by Francistown South Member of Parliament (MP) Wynter Mmolotsi that requests government to establish old age facilities in the major centres of Botswana to help care for the elderly.

This did not go down well with Mmolotsi who sits next to Mangole in the House.
