Mhlauli admits greed and lies

Yesterday at the Village Magistrate Court in front of his children, relatives and many in the audience young enough to be his children, Elvidge Mhlauli, the former Permanent Secretary who is facing corruption charges was called a liar. He was called a liar, not once, not twice ,not even ten times but many more times than anyone would care to remember. He too admitted that he had lied. He admitted that he had been greedy too, at least on three occasions greed was mentioned and on three occasions greed was admitted.

The admissions were made when Mhlauli was cross examined by the prosecutor, Wesson Manchwe.
