Maun fraudster sweats in court

Nicky Masheko 43, pleaded with Magistrate Clifford Foroma to give him a suspended sentence saying that though he had not pleaded guilty to all the fraud charges he faced, he knows that he is on the wrong side of the law in his activities.
He begged for court leniency saying that a custodial sentence would render his mother, wife and children destitute. He said all the charges he faced in court have sunk him into debt because of legal expenses.
