Finance Minister Kenneth Matambo fares badly in the latest Auditor General's report after he authorised the write off of over P18 million worth of brand new government property, including military and police uniforms, arguing that they were slow moving and non moving items.

The Auditor General says he is baffled that  the minister could say these items( uniforms) were slow moving, when they belonged to the existing police, prisons, and BDF.
