Man on bail for murder probed for another

The resident of Serorome ward, in Palapye, is currently on bail for a murder he committed some time back in Rakops.

On Saturday morning, the suspect allegedly contacted the girlfriend's relatives by a phone call asking them to check on her claiming that they were attacked and assaulted by strangers on Friday night. No2 District officer commanding, Senior Superintendent Paul Oketsang said upon arrival, her family members found her lying in a pool of blood with injuries on the neck and reported the matter to the police.
