Man arraigned for killing UDC campaign member

The suspect, Thabo Shete, was arrested and detained along with four others at the Tlokweng Police Station last Sunday. The other four suspects have since been released.

His defence lawyer, Bonolo Dinokopila, told the court that he needed more time to study the document from the state and pleaded with the court to grant Shete bail.

“When he was arrested I requested that I be granted access to him, which I was refused, and was told that he had been taken to hospital. I need more time to study the documents,” he said.
