SHOSHONG: Assistant Minister of Presidential Affairs and Public Administration, Phillip Makgalemele has hailed the Makgobokane Social Club for their work in village development.

Speaking at a lunch organised by the club for the elderly at the village community hall over the weekend, the Shoshong Member of Parliament said it was a fitting gesture to appreciate and honour elders who have done a lot for the country.

He said the youth’s effort is in support of President Ian Khama’s plans of taking the country forward. He urged club members to continue with the good work and make it an annual event and work on doing much more in the future.
