'Keeping The Mouth Busy Reduces Bad Breath'

For much of my adult life, I have laboured under a belief that I had a bad breath. I would breathe into my cupped hands and raise them to my nose just to be sure.

I often spend a few minutes in the bathroom checking if I had particles of food in my mouth after eating. I would even ask someone I trusted if I had bad breath. 

"No, you don't," they would reassure me. But even then, my self-esteem would fail to return.
