Incestuous father asks variation of bail conditions

FRANCISTOWN: A 41-year-old man of Block 4 location-who cannot be named for legal and ethical reasons- who allegedly had unlawful sexual intercourse with his 11-year-old daughter at Block 2 had made an application for his bail conditions to be varied.

According to the police, the accused allegedly had sexual intercourse with his daughter on various occasions in June 2020 and July 2021 at the residence of his daughter’s mother at Block 2.

He was caught in the act by the mother of his child having sexual intercourse with his daughter.
