The wrangle between Mmokolodi villagers and a quarrying company over the use of a road that passes through the village is scheduled for hearing before the Lobatse High Court on December 18. The case has been postponed several times due to the unavailability of either attorneys for the litigants or the judge himself.

Justice Key Dingake yesterday postponed the case to December 18 when it is expected the lawyers will argue their points.

The case, which has been registered as Quarries of Botswana vs GaMalete Development Trust and two others, was initially scheduled to commence on November 24 but was postponed due to the unavailability of Justice Dingake.
