Govt to pay aggrieved former employee

FRANCISTOWN: A former state employee Levy Holonga, might soon be smiling all the way to the bank as government has agreed to pay him.

Holonga who was employed as an engineering technician sued the government in May 2012 following disgruntlement after he was placed under secondment to the Civil Aviation Authority in April 2009.

Last week Holonga appeared in court with his attorney Anthony Manenji before Justice Modiri Letsididi. Manenji told court that government has since agreed to pay his client.
