Gabz Teachers' Day celebration receives P80,000 sponsorship

Chairperson of Gaborone Teachers' Day and Principal of Ledumang Senior School, James Ponoesele, has announced that they have received a total sponsorship of P80,000.

The total amount is a joint sponsorship from Absa Botswana, which contributed P50,000, and Bayport Financial Services, which provided P30,000, to commemorate the teachers' day on June 7.

In his address, he reiterated that this year's event is more than just a tribute to teachers, as it is also about fostering a constructive outlook amongst the lot.
