The Mayor of Francistown, Godisang Radisigo revealed this during a special full council meeting at the council chambers last Friday.
Radisigo said that the council could be getting P1, 25 million every month in service arrears but was getting far less than that due to oustanding debts.
With both sides entrenched in legal battles and public spats, the risk to public health, trust in institutions, and the welfare of doctors grows by the day. It's time for cooler heads to prevail.
