SEBINA: Residents of Sebina, Nshakazhogwe, Marobela, Marapong, Sebina Cross, other surrounding villages and lands are living in fear once more since a notorious murderer, rapist, arsonist and robber may be back to terrorise them .This was after he allegedly murdered a woman and her daughter in Marobela village about two months ago. The suspect, who has not been identified up to now, has become like a ghost or rather a mysterious character with supernatural powers owing to his illusiveness to the police and search teams.

Residents of Sebina Cross where the man is said to have started his terror campaign last year, are now living in fear after he allegedly wrote a message to the effect that he is now back in the area. They assume that he means that he will start terrorising them as evidenced by the two burned houses in the vicinity.  The residents of Sebina Cross say that the killer has been terrorising them and residents of surrounding lands since November 2012.Last week, a two-roomed house and a hut used for storing catering equipment at Sebina Cross Complex were burnt, renewing the resident's fears that there is an illusive serial killer and arsonist living among them.   The residents said that they had never met the suspect but they can only conjure differing images about him in relation to rumours surrounding his persona.
