�Fake� lawyer faces more charges

Former Zimbabwe Defence Force soldier, Limukani Moyo who has been charged with obtaining by false pretence and unlawfully remaining in Botswana, now faces several counts following the amendment to his charge sheet by the prosecution.

The amendment came after Village magistrate, Goodwill Makofi pointed out that the charge sheet was ambiguous.

Makofi had in the previous appearance pointed out at the ‘ambiguity’ of the charge on the count of obtaining by false pretences.
