ENO Urges Culture Of Water Conservation In Africa

Environmental Online (ENO) Botswana has called on African states to ensure that water conservation becomes a way of life instead of a concern that comes up in difficult times.

The youth group, which advocates for sustainable development, also called on governments to increase access to clean, healthy water and to monitor water quality to identify ecosystem problems.

The young people made the calls in a statement delivered to environment ministers from various African countries during the Gaborone Declaration Conference recently.
