The service is open to all Orange Money customers and it is accessible 24 hours. To purchase BPC prepaid electricity, customers must have money in their Orange Money account, then dial *145*3*3# for direct access to the prepaid electricity purchase menu. Customers should then select the option to "Buy Motlakase" from the Orange Money menu.
