LOBATSE: The High Court here is to decide on the standoff between the Botswana Federation of Public Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) and the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM).

Yesterday Judge Abednico Tafa set the matter for arguments tomorrow (Thursday). The date was set after the court heard that the two parties had failed to resolve their differences out of court.

The two parties reached a stalemate last Friday when they met to iron out their differences. However, their efforts proved futile because neither was amenable to the other's demands.
