'Disgruntled soldiers' face action

The recent media reports that some disgruntled Botswana Defence Force (BDF) soldiers are threatening sabotage through anonymous leaflets will be investigated, says a report from the Minister of Defence, Justice and Security.

The ministry released a statement yesterday morning expressing concern at the reports but promised investigations and action.

"The office further wishes to reassure the public that active investigation is ongoing to establish the origin of the document. Once the source of the document is discovered, appropriate action shall be taken," says the statement.
