Defiant South Ring mechanic won't move

Tsholo Modise, who specialises in VW automobiles, has been operating at Extension Four along South Ring Road since 1994. 

But he said he would never be ejected by the Gaborone City Council (GCC) until a court has authorised the eviction order.  Modise, who is also an opposition politician, lives in the same yard where he is operating his workshop.  The whole yard is surrounded by VW vehicles and those which could not find space inside, are parked in front of the yard.
