Chobe education officer hails BPC

KAVIMBA: Chief education officer of the Chobe region, Tetlanyo Chipendo has congratulated Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) for helping towards the achievement of a knowledge-based economy.

Speaking at Kavimba Primary School’s the prize-giving ceremony and handing over of the refurbished school library on Friday, Chipendo thanked BPC for its noble Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

“I am happy to be standing before you today to celebrate excellence made possible by BPC through their CSR initiative. You will agree with me that the mission of BPC is to power the economy with pride by supplying reliable, safe, competitive, and sustainable electricity.
