FRANCISTOWN: A lawyer representing Debswana Mining Company has suggested that the integrity of the Industrial Court would be dented if it allows an application for condonation by trade unionist, Chimidzani Chimidza.

The lawyer dismissed Chimidza's arguments for condonation saying it was unreasonable for the applicant to say that he became pre-occupied to an extent that he failed to track the case.
