FRANCISTOWN: A Mosolotshane man charged with two counts of murder and grievous harm has been sentenced

The accused, Isaac Bafedile, is alleged to have on March 21, 2008, murdered Otlaadisa Lenkokame and caused grievous bodily harm to Tswelelo Ramolelwane using an Okapi three-star knife at Mosolotshane.

High Court Judge Mpaphi Phumaphi convicted Bafedile of murder with extenuating circumstances, and sentenced him to 12 years, he was also given a 15-month prison term for grievous harm. The sentences run concurrently.
