Chamabona School raises funds for anniversary gala

MATHANGWANE: The head teacher of Chamabona Junior Secondary School, Kwenakgolo Tokwe has called on their alumni as well as the public to help the fundraising drive for the school's 25th anniversary celebrations.

"We invite those in Francistown and surrounding areas to a meeting of former students at the main Kgotla on Saturday at 2pm. The purpose of the meeting is to brief them about the event and ask for donations," he said.

Slated for September 7, 2012, the celebration will be graced by a senior official from the Chinese Embassy and Tonota North MP Fidelis Molao, who is also a former student of the school.
