Cashbuild murder

A case in which nine employees of Cashbuild store in Gaborone are charged with the murder of a Mochudi man last year has been committed to the High Court by the Broadhurst Magistrates Court.

Yesterday, Magistrate Nokuthula Moyo committed the nine suspects to the High Court and remanded them in custody pending the allocation of trial dates by the registrar and master of High Court.

The state prosecutor, Mmapatsi Tshimologo finalised the committal proceedings when he availed the committal documents; the director's notice, summary of evidence and the charge sheet to all the accused persons.
