The woman, Winfred Tanyala, first brought the case to court last year where the defendant Goitsemodimo Khachana was found guilty and fined eight head of cattle or P8, 000. However, the case was taken to the Court of Appeal where the verdict was upheld in June this year.
Tanyala then returned to the Broadhurst Customary Court, this time accusing her husband, Moeti, and his girlfriend Khachana of wrecking the marriage.
