FRANCISTOWN: With the world of employment having failed to absorb them, coupled with the economic recession that has seen many businesses closing and some local firms shedding jobs, some residents here have resorted to other ideas that could help them earn a leaving.

Some of these innovative residents are unskilled or bush mechanics who have grouped themselves to fix cars near Wheels spare parts shop located at the busy Caltex filling station on the northern edge of the main mall.
