Boy's Condition Frustrates His Schooling

FRANCISTOWN: The mother of seven-year-old Semotswane boy, Culture Doctor, whose school life came to a halt after he was diagnosed with skin cancer, is worried about her son's future.

The disappointed mother, Annaniah, told Monitor in an interview last Thursday that her son had been "pushed out of school because of his condition".

Culture, who was diagnosed with his condition in 2006, has not only had to suffer from losing his friends but he has to stay home while his peers go to school. His playmates in Semotswane have deserted him because of his deformity.
