The Botswana Federation of Public Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) has cast aspersions over the integrity of the judiciary under Chief Justice Maruping Dibotelo's watch.

While the federation acknowledges that it prefers certain judges over others when it comes to labour matters, it questions the allocation of constitutional cases to certain judges who often end up ruling in government's favour.

In a scathing letter to Dibotelo, the federation demands that he produces evidence to substantiate his allegations or resign.
