The Botswana National Front (BNF) has said its leadership forum (meeting) has been pushed to next year. The event was supposed to take place mid-this month.

At the forum, the BNF will do a postmortem of its disastrous performance in last month's general election. Yesterday, BNF spokesperson Moeti Mohwasa said they postponed the meeting because they had to collect election reports from regions across the country. The reports will point out how the party fared in every constituency where it was contesting the election.

It is expected that the reports will look into what transpired in preparations towards the election and allegations of sabotage by party members.
