BCP has confirmed that after an invitation by the Leader of Opposition and BNF president, Otsweletse Moupo in Gaborone last month, he has now formalised the invitation. Moupo last month invited BCP president, Gilson Saleshando and his deputy, Dr Kesitegile Gobotswang whereupon he reportedly laid the foundation for fresh negotiations.
"I can confirm that the BNF has formally written the BCP proposing that the two parties should meet at a time convenient to us and the letter was delivered Wednesday (last) week," said BCP publicity chief, Dumelang Saleshando.
