BMD fails to save Motswaledi

Some hours before the deadline set for auctioning of Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) leader Gomolemo Motswaledi's property, the party has revealed that it has not been able to raise the P351 000.

In an interview with Mmegi yesterday (Wednesday), BMD interim vice-chairman Botsalo Ntuane said they have been receiving contributions but have still not met the target.

"We are meeting tonight as ExCo (executive committee) and we will hear from our treasury department, how we are faring in fundraising for Motswaledi. We appeal to well-wishers to come forth and help," he said.
