Raborokgwe singled out Rowland Munga, Dudley Barnes and Flackie van der Merwe as the most troublesome directors. He was CEO from 2003 to 2010.

Raborokgwe said one director, Dudley Barnes, had once told him that he wanted the BMC to collapse so that "we can sell live cattle to South Africa" where he (Barnes) had already lined up seven companies to come here and buy live cattle."I almost collapsed when I heard this," Raborokgwe said.
