BDP central Committee finds Mmolotsi guilty

Whether or not Wynter Mmolotsi will contest the upcoming general elections in the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) colours is an issue the party Central Committee has put in the lap of President Ian Khama to ponder.

The BDP Central Committee, at its sitting yesterday, found Mmolotsi guilty of contravening the party vetting policies. This was confirmed by the BDPs secretary general, Jacob Nkate.

He has breached conditions of the vetting exercise, however the Central Committee has mandated the president to look further into the matter, revealed Nkate in a telephone interview with Mmegi.
