FRANCISTOWN: The Botswana Congress Party (BCP) has resolved to vigorously assess Vision 2016 before presenting its opinion early next year.

At its Shakawe conference in July this year, the BCP indicated that it would review the Vision 2016, compile its successes, failures as well as provide alternative opinions on what should have been done to avoid the failures of the Vision.

The robust review was supposed to have been completed just after Independence. The BCP planned to use the results to conduct public lectures for the benefit of party members and the public.
