Batshwareng tackles poverty head-on

Twenty-four year old Martin Batshwareng is living proof that with hard work and determination, poverty can be easily overcome.

Born and raised in Molepolole, Batshwareng started his own business after realising that many of his peers were struggling to survive as they were unemployed.

Upon completion of his Cambridge in 2010, he started selling hip hop merchandise, which he purchased from a local shop.
