Basarwa threaten to drag govt to court

In a petition to the government yesterday The First People of the Kalahari Game Reserve NGO is threatening to go to court in 14-days if government does not to allow Basarwa in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve (CKGR) to use a borehole in the area. They furthermore demand that government grant them hunting licenses.
A statement released by FPK's leader Roy Sesana and his right-hand man Jumanda Gakelebone indicates that 152 letters have been written and signed by people protesting against government's refusal to let them use the water borehole at Mothomelo, an area inside the CKGR.
