Baboons terrorise Jwaneng

Baboons are causing confusion in the 'New Look' section of Jwaneng causing damage to property when homeowners are away.

According to nominated councillor, Michael Tshipinare, the baboons seem to know when people go to work and when they knock off because they always leave the place around 4:30 in the evening, the time when most people return.

Tshipinare told the Minister of Wildlife,  Enviroment and Tourism, Kitso Mokaila at the ongoing Southern District Council session that something needed to be done to address the problem of baboons in the whole district.
