Armed robbers hit News Caf

Police have launched a manhunt for three men who hit popular chilling spot news caf on Thursday night robbing patrons of valuables such as cellphones and cash in Gaborone.

The three masked men, The Monitor has been told,  ambushed News café around 11pm. according to eye witnesses the men pounced at the joint armed with guns and knives. They made away with  patrons’ valuables after  ordering them  to lie down. ’

One eyewitness Thato Kgaswane said; “I had just left to the other floor, I was visiting the bathroom. I heard loud noises but immediately assumed that they were coming from the kitchen.”
