FRANCISTOWN: It was on a humid Tuesday mid-morning, after the torrential rains that hit Francistown recently when I paid a visit to Tebelopele Voluntary Counselling and Testing Centre, where everyone seemed to sit with hunched shoulders as if it was cold.

The centre - a foreboding pink edifice to some, is located behind the northern headquarters of the Botsswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) near Game Shopping Centre.
