Murder accused, Bakang Godisang, says the State is trying hard to turn her into a state witness leaving her confused. Godisang and her friend Caroline Gwamolamba are also facing arson charges after torching a house in which two Thamaga sisters died during the December festive season.

Godisang made this complaint when she appeared for the second time at the Broadhurst Magistrate court yesterday. Court was crammed with relatives, friends and the general public who wanted to see for themselves the two women who had torched and killed two sisters, one of them pregnant.

After waiting for the accused for hours, the 26-year-old woman, Godisang appeared in court more agitated than at her last appearance. She told the court that she was confused and sought clarity. She said that she had earlier been rushed to court by investigators who wanted her to turn state witness.
