MAHALAPYE: Some African church leaders have been described as clueless in doing their God-given job. The Organisation of African Instituted Churches (OAIC) president, Phillimon Motlhagodi said recently when addressing OAIC leadership high-level consultative meeting at the Holy Apostolic Church.

Motlhagodi said some leaders are even confused and in some cases end up doing tasks that are supposed to be done by executive committee members. He urged churches to introspect before selecting their leadership to avoid future embarrassments.

Motlhagodi also blamed some of the church administrative management for taking over their pastor’s jobs. He said some even ridicule their bishops saying they are too old and uneducated.
