�We want our own Malema�

FRANCISTOWN: South African singer, songwriter and producer Mnqobi Mdabe says African music needs to have its own Julius Malema who is affectionate about the growth of musicians in the continent.

In an interview with Showbiz a day after performing at Lizard Entertainment in Francistown, Mdabe of the Ben10 fame expressed his views about the negligence of African talent in music.

“I have got nothing against the American musicians.  But our governments and citizens of Africa worship the West too much,” expressed the musician who released his solo album in 2011 titled Afro Rawmantic.
