Local Hip Hop artist, Veezo View will today release his new single dubbed Vibe Check.

The talented artist, who started his musical journey at the very young age of 16 whilst at high school, has not released a music item for quite some time. Considered one of the best Hip Hop artists to come out of Botswana, the multi-award winner and a Netflix reality show star, told Arts&Culture that Vibe Check was produced by Flex the Ninja. He explained the song as a feel-good anthem that blends genres such as Amapiano and Hip Hop into an infectious groove. He said the song was inspired by some good experiences in his life. “The song captures the essence of love, good energy and connection.

Whether you’re vibing with that special someone or just feeling the moment, Vibe Check sets the perfect mood for pure enjoyment. I wrote it myself. It is inspired by a new leaf in life, a certain woman and good energy. It was produced right here in Botswana by Flex The Ninja at Shinobi Studios and we both composed the song,” he said. Furthermore, he explained that he released only one album, around three Extended Plays (EP), multiple singles and collaborations in his music career. Speaking of the challenges he faces as an artist, he pointed out limited budget as the biggest one. He further explained that funding music production, marketing, videos, touring, and distribution could be difficult without label support.
