Local entertainer, Vee Mampeezy, says he has managed to collect enough food to donate to 40 families following his weekend charity event, dubbed Vee Mampeezy Charity Show.

Born Odirile Sento, the artist is no stranger to charity work. He has over the years supported deserving families with food parcels. However this time around, Vee decided to do things differently, organising a music show featuring local artists, where entry tickets were replaced with food parcel donations.

The event, held on Saturday at the Notwane Grounds, attracted a sizeable audience.
