Stompie�s launch flops

The album launch for child prodigy, Stompie, failed to create excitement among the fans of the kwaito starlet as only a few people were at Trekkers garden in Mogoditshane on Saturday.

On a weekend littered with live shows around the town, revellers had a tough choice ahead of a night of entertainment.

Could the low turnout have been as a result of the young musician’s long absence from the scene, or perhaps the fact that the release itself has not created any excitement in music circles?
