Nyalala launches Bakgatla TV to take on DStv

Last week Tuesday night a new pay television Bakgatla TV, went on air from Moruleng as it broadcast live for the first time.

Taking advantage of the new digital platform of DTT, Bakgatla pay tv, the brain child of Moruleng visionary leader, aims to take the likes of DStv, and SABC  head on in the South African market and later Botswana.

Moruleng Kgosi Nyalala Pilane says they responded to an invitation to tender adding that Bakgatla TV were the only rural based tv to apply for a commercial license.  "We want to take them on (refering to DStv), we believe we can, if we did not believe, we wouldn't have attempted," said Nyalala after the launch.
